We hope that you love your Sevens. If you not entirely happy, you can return the shoes to us and we will refund you or you can request an exchange (UK only at present so sorry to our International friends, we are working on it)
We offer free returns in the UK via a prepaid returns label. For EU and other International orders, we help subsidise the cost of returning your shoes so you can send back the shoes cheaper than normal. Nothing to pay upfront as the balance will be deducted from your refund and you can see the cost before proceeding.
This is what you need to do:
- Tell us you are returning your Sevens via our returns centre using the buttons below. Our team will review and authorise your request.
- We will then email you an address label and instructions
- Return the Sevens to the address on the label
- We will refund your payment or process an exchange request when we receive your items at our UK warehouse and have inspected them. This may take between 5 - 7 working days in busy periods but we always aim to be quicker than this. If you want to make an inquiry on the status of a return please contact us

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or colour, you will need to return your purchase via the link above and choose exchange during that process, filling in details of what you would like to exchange your purchase for.

Wear the Original 172 and Vitesse 702 for 30 days, outside, anywhere. If you are not entirely satisfied, please send everything back if you kept it, including the dispatch note, spare laces, box and outer packaging.
We will inspect the shoes when we receive them back at SEVEN FEET APART. Normal wear is, well, normal. If you’ve battered the shoes really badly and they have no value, we reserve the right to reject them.
