Jamie Oliver x SEVEN FEET APART. 1 of 400.

Working closely with Jamie, we have created an all-new sneaker that we hope you will love as much as we do.

Jamie asked if we could help create the ultimate 18th Anniversary present for his wife, Jools Oliver and this JO-18 Lo is one sneaker in a unique range designed during the process.

We've thrown the kitchen sink at it - pun intended. Fine Italian leather - plain and perforated, our Comfort Forever footbed, the 'fat biscuit' heel and 'duffer' sole unit all combine to create a retro classic.

This drop - signed and numbered by Jamie - is strictly limited to 100 pairs in each style.

"There is a reason we designed these unisex sneakers and it's all down to my beautiful wife, Jools.

We were about to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and I had no idea what to get her. We both have a shared obsession with old school, vintage Hi Tops and I thought, “how cool would it be to design a bespoke pair for her?”

I reached out to SEVEN FEET APART - a local company to me - who make trainers I already wear and love and after many discussions, sketches, mood boards and mentoring here we are - with what I believe are the ultimate sneakers.

To Jools - these are for you. Thank you for an incredible 18 years of marriage and here is to many, many more.

Big love jo x"

An Idea To Reality

Just like all the Sevens, the J0-18 started as an idea. Both Jamie and Jools love their sneakers and especially retro models from the 1970’s.

Together, we created dozens of sketches – different heights, different graphics, different materials – until we had two or three concepts we were excited about. Three rounds of rapid prototyping followed and lots of detail changes along the way. From idea to product in 12 weeks.

After all, the Anniversary deadline couldn’t move!

Deep Comfort

The JO-18 is crafted in the finest Italian perforated and plain calf leather, inside and out.

It features a deeply padded tongue and our unique Comfort Forever Footbed to ensure it performs as beautifully as it looks.

Our Original 172 heel features our logo - for the JO-18, we wanted to do something a little different.

We included an elastic detail that makes getting this Hi Top on a lot easier and below, padded the heel. What should we call this detail?

“Fat Biscuit” said Jamie, so it is.

Soles to Glide In

The JO-18 features a great capsule sole unit – known in the shoe industry as “the Duffer.”

The sole features a grip tread - derivative of basketball courts and skate parks. It also curves, front to back and across the last. This means the sneakers feels sensational on the foot – you definitely feel the ‘glide’ in JO-18s.
