We hope that you love your Sevens. If you not entirely happy, you can return the shoes to us and we will refund you or you can request an exchange (if you are an International customer wanting to exchange you simply return shoes, we refund and then you buy a new pair in the correct size and/or colour)  

We offer free returns (*note below re Sale items) in the UK via a prepaid returns label. For EU and other International orders, we help subsidise the cost of returning your shoes so you can send back the shoes cheaper than normal. Nothing to pay upfront as the balance will be deducted from your refund and you can see the cost before proceeding. approx costs for subsidised returns are 8GBP from Europe and 15GBP from ROW in your local currency. 

*About Sale items

Exchanges for a different size or colour are free in the UK and we will cover the cost of the return and free re-delivery. However, we partially charge for unwanted returns on Sale Items costing less than £90.00. This will cost you £4.95 and it will be deducted when we process your refund. For International Orders as we offer free delivery we offer subsidised returns. If you want to exchange you need to return, we refund and you re-buy before or after the refund. 

**About Christmas 

Yes, we will be offering an extended period for returns or exchanges so basically anything bought from 4 November 2019 onwards can be exchanged or returned (subject to possible charges detailed above) till 30 Jan 2020 

How to Return

  • Tell us you are returning your Sevens via our returns centre using the buttons below. Our team will review and authorise your request.
  • We will then email you an address label and instructions 
  • Return the Sevens to the address on the label
  • We will refund your payment or process an exchange request when we receive your items at our UK warehouse and have inspected them. This may take between 5 - 7 working days in busy periods but we always aim to be quicker than this. If you want to make an inquiry on the status of a return please contact us

The Original 172 and Vitesse 702 with our '30-Day Wear It Out' Trial*

Wear the Original 172 and Vitesse 702 for 30 days, outside, anywhere. If you are not entirely satisfied, please send everything back if you kept it, including the dispatch note, spare laces, box and outer packaging. 

We will inspect the shoes when we receive them back at SEVEN FEET APART. Normal wear is, well, normal. If you’ve battered the shoes really badly and they have no value, we reserve the right to reject them. 

*UK-based customers and Original 172 or Vitesse 702 only. This trial does not apply to Sale items.
