When it is ready for delivery – expected mid-December – you will be notified and asked to make your second payment of £100. On receipt of that payment, we will rush the sneakers to you for free.

THE DETAILS

A UNIQUE SNEAKER CREATED WITH NICOLAS DIXON.

At the beginning of 2018, Nicolas Dixon worked on a collaboration with us to create the DXZ Custom Edition. We offered you the opportunity to commission this exclusive, completely bespoke sneaker; each one was hand painted in discussions with the artist and arrived, signed, in a hand-painted box.

However, it was always our intention to create a Limited Edition as well and now it's here - The DX-7 Limited Edition is ready to buy!

It’s been a journey of experimentation to find the most viable way of making these sneakers. The result had to be high quality, with the colours rendering as closely to the original artwork as possible. Up until earlier this month, getting the art onto leather was proving a real challenge.  It’s actually only now that digital printing has developed to a viable level and that the advanced printing machines that create these sneakers have arrived in their workshops, can we now partner with them.  

The new sneaker is stunning, featuring Nicolas Dixon’s unique graphic work on the side and front panels. We have reserved the heel cup, which Nicolas will finish by hand, including the DX7 logo and the number. He will also sign the box.

We want to limit this edition to 100 pairs. Compare this number to a common pair of sneakers – where there are millions of identical pairs - and you can see why owning a DX-7 will be such a unique experience.

 

Delivery

Please note:

Orders placed before 3.45pm on a working day will be despatched the same day. After 3.45pm, orders will leave the next working day (excluding bank holidays). For the purpose of deliveries Working Days are Monday to Friday.

All parcels must be signed for as proof of delivery, however, if you are unavailable, a card will be posted through your door with your re-delivery options explained.

Sorry, but we are not yet able to offer Sunday or Bank holiday deliveries.

Returns

We offer free returns in the UK via a prepaid returns label.  For international orders, the cost of returning your shoes should be paid by you.

We hope that you love your Sevens. If you not entirely happy, you can return the shoes to us and we will refund you.

For The Original 172 with 30 Day Promise. 

If you want to return your sneakers with 30 days, please send everything back if you kept it, including the dispatch note, spare laces, box and outer packaging. 

We will inspect the shoes when we receive them back at SEVEN FEET APART. Normal wear is, well, normal. If you’ve battered the shoes really badly and they have no resale value, we can reject them. 

This is what you need to do:

  • Tell us you are returning your Sevens via our returns centre. Our team will review and authorise your request.
  • We will then email you an address label and instructions 
  • Return the Sevens to the address on the label
  • We will refund your payment or process an exchange request when we receive your items at our UK warehouse and have inspected them. This may take up to 5 working days in busy periods but we always aim to be quicker than this. If you want to make an inquiry on the status of a return please contact us

For The Pioneer 396.

We hope that you love your Sevens, but if you not entirely happy, of course, you can return the shoes to us and we will refund. Please send everything back, including the dispatch note, box, outer packaging and shoe bags. We do inspect the shoes when we receive them back at SEVEN FEET APART so ensure you try them on a carpeted floor, avoiding scratches to the soles. If you damage them, we won’t be able to refund you.

Unfortunately, Seven Feet Apart does not currently offer exchanges on products (however we are working on it, as we would like to be able to do so in the future). If you wish to exchange a Product for a different size or colour, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns if the returned item(s) is in line with our return policy.

Your return will be refunded once it’s been received and processed at our warehouse.
